2.4 Defective or Non-Conforming Products

3.4 Return Shipping

  • Inverters: 5-year warranty against defects.
  • Battery Storage (e.g., Tesla Powerwall): 10-year warranty, ensuring 90% round-trip efficiency and 13.5 kWh capacity.
  • EV Chargers: 5-year warranty against defects, covering Level 2 chargers (40A, UL-certified).

6. Cancellations
